This one day workshop is aimed at training and HR managers who are interested in establishing an organisational competency framework. It introduces the process of functional analysis and how it is be used to identify and specify competence. It also introduces the communication skills that developers need if they are to successfully facilitate the development process. The course also looks at how competency frameworks are used to underpin HR functions, quality systems and organisational development .

The workshop is practically based and will allow individuals to develop their understanding and skills.
